There are no finger holes so it is easy to insert the hand and the fingers are free to move about. The grip material is made of sturdy textured rubbery material which is designed to improve your grip on the wheelchair pushrim. Exercise Hooks
Exercise hooks are for people with limited to no hand function to be able to exercise more independently. Consisting of a padded wrist strap and two hooks for added stability. No more needing to be strapped to gym equipment. Great for cable machines as well as machines such as Seated Row or Lat Pull Downs. At the gym they can be worn with the hooks against the back of the hand which keeps them out of the way while pushing the chair and during transfers.
