Speedy Snail Mobility (Mobility Solutions Centre Dunedin) Warranty Policy

• Most Products supplied by us are 1 Year Limited Warranty (Except Consumable Parts Castors, Tyres, Bearings, Brakes)
• Wheelchair Frames are 2-5  Years Limited Warranty
• All Warranty Parts to be returned to Supplier. 
• All warranty Claims must include pictures and serial number of product and client name  as well as description of what has happened
• We will pay for warranty repairs that are deemed to be product related (Not User)
• Refurbished for Reissue products we have serviced/altered  will come with a 6 Month Warranty as per above (If we have done work locally)
